ACD produces hand-held terminals at two production sites in Germany since 1986. Ten thousands of terminals are currently used in many industry branches all over Europe. The main application areas are the trades, logistics and production. Linked to various ERP environments, the terminals communicate via hard-wire interfaces such as Ethernet, USB or RS 232 as well as via WLAN, GSM, WPAN (Wireless Personal Area Network - compatible with Bluetooth) and IrDa.

 

 

 

Handheld M260

Designed for daily routine in rough environments. The M260 fits in all your operating cycles in an uncomplicated and reliable way. The open system architecture with Windows Embedded Compact 6* enables a seamless  integration in almost all IT sceneries. The M260 communicates via WLAN (close-up range) and via UMTS or GPRS (far field). RFID tags are also no barrier. Additionally, the M260 provides ten function keys for individual assignment, a successful numeric quick-entry keyboard, a durable housing and a high-quality TFT display.

Handheld M210

The ACD hand-held terminal M210 is based on Windows Embedded Compact 6 or Windows CE 5.0*. It disposes of a high-quality TFT display with touch screen, integrated barcode scanner, optional 2D imager, WLAN, RFID, SD card or WPAN.
In addition to the successful numeric quick-entry keyboard, the M210 provides four function keys for individual assignment. Its integrated rubber protection and the durable housing protect the terminal from shocks and drops.

Handheld M250

The terminal M250 is based on Windows CE 5.0, with a bright colour display, touch screen, integrated broad band radio data transmission and barcode scanner. Optional it is available with 2-D scanner, long range scanner, RFID, SD card, WPAN, mobile keyboard. The robust housing with its integrated rubber edges protects the electronics from damages caused by falls or shocks. Another characteristic is the large quick-entry keyboard.
Furthermore, the user of a M250 can chose between display or voice-guided operation. A high-speed data transmission for supra-regional operation is possible via UMTS.
