You can use this portal to send your returns to ACD Systemtechnik. To do this, you can create the service orders with the associated error description in the RMA web interface.
This gives you an overview of all repairs, you remain informed about the repair status at all times, accompanying documents or photos can be attached, you can approve the cost estimate with one click via the portal and can easily return it using a preconfigured shipping label.
