As part of a business transfer, the company has acquired selected divisions of Handtmann e-solutions GmbH & Co. KG, covering performance electronics for agricultural, municipal, and industrial applications.

With this acquisition, ACD Antriebstechnik strengthens its expertise in performance electronics, expands its market presence, and creates new synergies within the Group. The move not only broadens the product portfolio but also secures valuable long-term know-how, supporting sustainable growth. The company sees great opportunities in integrating the new divisions and looks forward to further development together.
