Mobile Handheld Computer M270SE
More and more mobile handheld computers with Android™ operating system are conquering the market. ACD Elektronik GmbH is one of the pioneers among the suppliers of longlasting logistics devices. With their latest addition, the innovative M270SE, another reliable device joins ACD’s well-known and proven handhelds. The M270SE features, among other things, ACD’s proprietary Android™ Industrial+ operating system with upgrade option to Android™ 11.0. What makes this operating system unique? The M270SE is an attractive companion in logistics and industry due to its high level of data security and user-friendliness thanks to the familiar Android™ user interface, as well as the long-term availability of security and update service. In order to meet the requirements for higher performance of Mobile Terminals, which have increased in recent years in particular, the M270SE, compared to its predecessor M270, shines above all with better processor performance, more powerful scanners for the short and long range as well as an increased memory capacity.
Robust logistics all-rounder for scan-intensive work
The M270SE is the ideal helper in numerous application areas in logistics and industry, such as order picking processes in the warehouse; but it is also ideal for incoming and outgoing goods. The Mobile Terminal turns out to be a real all-rounder among the devices for logistics.
If an application requires a particularly large memory or high processor performance, the M270SE offers clear advantages over its predecessor. The powerful NXP® i.MX8M Mini processor makes scan-intensive work in particular much easier. The latest generation of integrated scan engines also offer exceptional flexibility: depending on the application, the M270SE is available with short-range, mid-range or long-range scanners. The scanners stand for maximum reliability, scanning quality and scanning comfort in the short and long range. In addition, the M270SE is equipped with BT Low Energy 5.0 for coupling with other devices or the ACD HasciSE backhand scanner via ACD apps.
Proven design and compatibility with existing accessories
Like the M270, the M270SE features an integrated quick-entry keypad with large keys for comfortable operation, even when wearing gloves. But also its robust design, as well as the different reading ranges by short-range, mid-range or long-range scanners offer an undreamt-of flexibility and new possibilities with regard to a flexible field of application. ACD also relies on the familiar ergonomic handling with this device. In addition, the accessories of the predecessor, such as the docking stations, charging stations, holders or bags remain compatible and can still be used. The high-resolution VGA display with capacitive touchscreen enables optimal operation and visualization.
