The software service within the scope of the ACD All-in-One includes both the service for the ACD apps and programs and the service for the operating system and firmware.
The software service for the ACD apps and programs includes:
- Updates
- Upgrades
- Unlimited telephone support
Software support for the operating system and firmware of the mobile handheld computers, vehicle mount terminals and backhand scanners includes:
- Regular updates of firmware
- Upgrades to higher OS versions
- Security Patches
- Unlimited telephone support
The latest data, information, updates and upgrades are always available for download on the ACD customer portal!

Hardware Service
Secure – Up to Date – Effective
The ACD All-in-One includes full service contracts for all ACD hardware products. On request, ACD Elektronik also offers the option of a device exchange pool.
Repairs within various service levels
- Service level 1: 5 working days
- Service level 2: 10 working days
- Service level 3: 15 working days
