Picking vehicles for warehouse logistics processes
Robust all-rounders on order picking vehicles: To optimize demanding logistics applications, the vehicle mount and forklift terminals of the MFT series with large colour display (three different display sizes), touch screen (capacitive or resistive) and individually configurable function keys offer more space for displaying complex applications and excellent readability, even in sunlight. The sturdy aluminum housing offers sufficient impact resistance, dust protection, water protection and increased durability even in harsh industrial environments down to -30 °C/-22 °F.
Vehicle Mount Terminals
The vehicle terminals from ACD are industrial terminals for the warehouse and logistics sector and serve to optimize your picking processes.
The terminals are extremely flexible and fit almost anywhere, into any forklift, vehicle, company and situation. They have a compact design, which minimizes visibility restrictions, and are on the latest WLAN standard for optimal roaming behavior. They also have a wide range of different accessories. The mobile panels are available in three different sizes: 10.4 inch; 12.1 inch and the largest model of the terminals with 15 inch.
The ACD vehicle mount terminals were designed and produced very robustly for their task in the logistics warehouse. They are suitable for freezing and outdoor use and can withstand temperatures from -30 degrees to +60 degrees. Further characteristics of the forklift terminal are the vibration and shock resistance and the rejection of water and dust. In addition, the terminals have extremely shatterproof and abrasion-resistant, chemically hardened fronts. The housing also contributes to the increased durability of the units, as they are made of die-cast aluminum.
More operating convenience
With a wide range of accessories, the terminals ensure that daily tasks are more efficient, secure and convenient. The large color displays provide more space for the presentation of complicated applications while ensuring good legibility. Warehouse logistics processes can be worked out without errors thanks to their uncomplicated handling. Furthermore, the logistics devices are compatible with the backhand scanner HasciSE.
The picking vehicle terminals are equipped with a virtual on-screen keyboard to ensure intuitive input. However, a glove or a special pen can also be used to work directly on the terminal surface. In addition, the terminals have versatile connectors that provide strain relief for all cables on the truck terminal. The terminal is switched on by ignition voltage, with the advantage that when the ignition key is removed, the terminal system is either shut down or locked.
