    Contract data processing
We have entered into a contract-data-processing agreement with Google. We fully comply with the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

    Demographics in Google Analytics
This website uses the demographics feature of Google Analytics. This makes it possible to produce reports containing information about the age, gender and interests of the website’s visitors. This data is obtained via interest-based advertising from Google as well as visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be linked to any specific person. You can disable this feature at any time via the display settings in your Google account, and can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data in general by following the procedure described under “Objecting to data collection”.

    Wiredminds
We use products of wiredminds GmbH (www.wiredminds.de) for marketing and optimization purposes. These products collect and process your personal data and use it to create usage profiles under a pseudonym. These usage profiles are fully anonymized where possible and
appropriate. We and wiredminds employ cookies and/or Web beacons (also known as tracking pixels) on this website. We transfer the data we collect about you, which may also include personal data, to wiredminds or wiredminds gathers this data directly. wiredminds is entitled to use information that you leave behind by visiting our Web sites to create anonymized usage profiles. The data collected shall not be used to personally identify visitors to this website without the express permission of the party affected and shall not be merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym. Any IP addresses recorded are anonymized immediately by deleting the last number block. Permission to collect and store data in the future may be revoked at any time.
    Exclude from tracking.

    Facebook
The ACD Facebook page relies on the technical platform and services of Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. You assume full responsibility for using the functions offered (e.g. comment, share, rate). Alternatively, you can access the services offered through this presence using our website at https://www.acd-gruppe.de.

Facebook automatically collects various types of information when you visit the ACD Facebook page. We do not know what kind of information Facebook ultimately collects. This information is collected regardless of whether you have a Facebook account or are logged into an existing Facebook account at the time of your visit. You can view the information collected by Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/update?ref=old_policy.

When a Facebook page is accessed the IP address allocated to your terminal is communicated to Facebook. According to Facebook, this IP address is made anonymous (in the case of “German” IP addresses) and deleted after 90 days. Facebook also saves information regarding the terminals used by its users (e.g. as part of the “login notification”); Facebook may therefore be able to match IP addresses to individual users as necessary. If you are currently signed in as a user in Facebook, a cookie with your Facebook ID is located on your computer. This allows Facebook to determine that you have visited this page and how you have used it. Using the Facebook buttons incorporated in web pages, Facebook is able to record your visits to these web pages and match them with your Facebook profile. This data can be used to offer you individually customised content or advertising. For more information see: https://www.facebook.com/policies/cookies/
If you want to prevent this, you should log out of Facebook or deactivate the “stay logged in” option, delete the cookies on your computer and close your browser and restart. You can then use our Facebook page without revealing your Facebook ID.

The legal basis for data processing and purpose of the processing is stated by Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/update?ref=old_policy. Transfers to countries outside the European Union may also occur in this case.

Some of the information collected by Facebook is used to provide us, in our capacity as operator of the Facebook page, with statistical information regarding the use of the Facebook page (Facebook Insights). More detailed information about this is available from Facebook at the following link: http://de-de.facebook.com/help/pages/insights
We receive this statistical information exclusively in an anonymous form and therefore assume that the use of this data does not constitute a data processing operation within the scope of GDPR. Our use of Facebook Insights is therefore based on Art. 6 Para. 1 P. 1 f GDPR. Our intention in using the service is to ensure that our Facebook page is constantly improved and designed in accordance with customer needs. We also use the service in order to evaluate usage of our Facebook page so that we can optimise our offer. These interests are to be considered legitimate within the meaning of the abovementioned regulation.

The specific rights (e.g. right to be informed, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, etc.) can be viewed at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/update?ref=old_policy.

    Facebook plugins (“Like” button)
Our web pages include plugins from the social network Facebook, operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. Collecting and sharing information: you can post information worldwide via the Google+ button. Your +1’s may appear alongside your profile name and photo in Google services; for example in search results or your Google profile, or elsewhere in online websites and ads.

Google records information about your +1 activity to improve Google’s services for you and other users. To use the Google+ button, you must have a globally visible, public Google profile that contains at least the name chosen for the profile. This name will be used across all Google services. In some cases, this name may also replace a different name used by you when sharing content through your Google Account. The identity of your Google Profile may be displayed to users who know your email address or have other identifying information about you.

Use of the collected information: in addition to the uses outlined above, the information you provide will be used in accordance with the applicable Google privacy policy. Google may publish aggregated statistics about users’ +1 activity or share it with other users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers and affiliated websites.
