Case Study Mobile Workstation MAX
Task
The customer was looking for a mobile workstation with very special requirements and additional functions for use in the warehouse area of spare parts management. The standard equipment features of our mobile workstation MAX did not initially match the customer’s wishes. For example, the customer required various brackets. Furthermore, a laptop on the cart was needed to display the individual masks.
Procedure
With the MAX mobile workstation, ACD already offers a very customer-specific, mobile solution for use in warehouses. Previous inconsistencies with the requirements were worked out in cooperation with the customer and replaced by suitable proposed solutions. For example, special brackets, such as a cup holder and an improvised pen holder, were developed and constructed for the customer. In the end, all the requirements were successfully implemented according to the customer’s wishes.
Result
After a very long test phase, our willingness to make certain customer adaptations convinced the customer to opt for the MAX mobile workstation
