The Android™ Industrial+ is a secure operating system where the sources are located at the manufacturer in Germany. The software product works independently of Google services and guarantees that no data is lost during data backup and therefore no data is passed on to third parties.
ACD Android™ Industrial+ Apps
In order to ensure the easy use of mobile devices, ACD’s IT department develops special Android applications to make working with them as easy as possible for the user. Some of these features include, the transfer of configuration files, a restrictive web browser, a contact filter and many other functions.
ACD Mobile Device Manager
The ACD Mobile Device Manager is a software tool that digitizes business processes and manages them in a database. In this database, up to 1,000 mobile devices can be entered in directory and file structures. In order to maintain a certain degree of flexibility, simultaneous access to these directories by several devices is supported.
After Sales comes into play as soon as a handheld device repair is involved. Here you communicate in the service hotline with trained specialists, who help you with device problems via remote maintenance. Defective devices can be sent in easily and conveniently via the RMA tool. You can also have your service package tailored to your needs by means of a warranty extension, maintenance contracts or other services.
